Cancellation Policy
Clients have up to 24 hours to reschedule in order for your deposit to be transferred to 1 future appointment.
If you must cancel your deposit is non-refundable.
NO CALLS NO SHOW WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Doing so will result in the inability to book with me again. I understand emergency happens a phone call is required if you would like to remain a client.
